Based on the recommendation of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis against large public gatherings, The Florida Orchestra has canceled or postponed all concerts through April 5 to limit the spread of the coronavirus (covid-19).
We strongly believe in taking every precaution as we work together as a community to slow the spread of the virus, and we know this is the right decision, but it is unfortunate. In times like these, we want our orchestra to be there for our community, to help us process complex emotions, bring us joy, give us comfort. As we move forward, that will not change.
The Florida Orchestra relies on ticket revenue and donations for our ongoing operations, and during this period without concerts your contributions mean more than ever. Our business continues to operate, even while we’re not in the concert halls. (and then continue with what you have)
We have placed a gift certificate into your TFO account for the value of your original purchase. You will be able to redeem that value for any other Florida Orchestra concert during the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons. If you purchased tickets through the venue, please contact their sales center directly.
